DraftSmart is a local-only application that operates entirely on your device. We do not collect or transmit any personal data to external servers unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.

Automatically Collected Information: DraftSmart does not automatically collect any personal information. The app does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising services that gather user data.
User-Provided Information: When you use the app, you may create, save, or open floor plan projects stored locally on your device. These files (e.g., JSON files for projects and images/PDFs for exports) are saved to your device's storage (e.g., Documents folder or Gallery). We do not access, upload, or share these files without your explicit action (e.g., sharing via other apps).
Permissions: The app requests storage permissions (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) on older Android versions to save and load projects, images, and prints. These permissions are used solely for local file operations and not for collecting data.
No location, camera, microphone, or other sensitive data is collected or used by the app.
How We Use Your Information
Any data you create or store in DraftSmart remains on your device. We use it only to provide the app's core functionality, such as drawing walls, placing furniture, saving projects, and exporting images or prints.
We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any other purposes beyond the app's operation.
Sharing Your Information
We do not share, sell, or disclose any information from DraftSmart with third parties. The app has no integrations with external services, social media, or cloud storage.
If you choose to share a saved image or project file via email, messaging, or other apps, that sharing is handled by your device's system and is outside our control. Please review the privacy policies of those services.
Data Security
Your floor plans and projects are stored locally on your device. We recommend securing your device with a passcode or biometric authentication to protect your data. DraftSmart does not encrypt files by default, so they are as secure as your device's storage.
In the event of app crashes or errors, no diagnostic data is sent to us automatically.
Children's Privacy
DraftSmart is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information (though unlikely given our local-only nature), please contact us.
